We engrave and ship most orders within 1 business day. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

All items are made and shipped from Oregon, USA by our small family team.


❓ What shipping method do you use?

We ship via USPS First Class Package. You can upgrade to Priority Mail at checkout for faster delivery.


❓ Can I customize a keychain or pocket hug?

Absolutely! Many of our products offer personalization. If you're looking for something custom, feel free to contact us — we love bringing your ideas to life.


❓ Do your items come in gift packaging?

Yes! Each order is packaged in a jewelry box, placed inside a protective mailer, and includes a free surprise gift with every order.


❓ Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer digital and physical gift cards — perfect for last-minute gifts or when you want the recipient to choose something meaningful.


❓ What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once your item leaves our hands, USPS is responsible for delivery. If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with your local post office. Still need help? Contact us — we’ll do our best to assist you.


❓ What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
